Bacchic is a provocative, challenging and thought provoking update of Euripides’ classic Greek tragedy, The Bacchae.

Featuring spectacular aerial theatre, specially composed music and inspired lighting, this show attacks the senses and draws you into one of the greatest stories ever told and one that has endured for millennia.

The intelligent and seamless combination of circus and theatre is genuinely innovative and is at times playful, ironic, symbolic and poetic.

Bacchic has been selected as part of the International Assembly of work under the umbrella of Caravan supported by Arts Council England, British Council, Euclid, SEEDA, Brighton & Hove City Council and UKTI and shall be showcased at Komedia on May 11th as part of this year’s Brighton Festival.
